Streaming partner

Deutsche Börse AG has commissioned Mivedi GmbH, Hans-Böckler-Straße 31, 65468 Trebur to conduct our balance sheet press conference as a stream. Mivedi GmbH takes care of the technical processing and technical support for the participants.

Hosting

We host our website at DAT Media. The provider is DAT Media UG, Meißener Str. 1, 76676 Graben-Neudorf (hereinafter „DAT Media“). When you visit our website, DAT Media collects various log files, which contain, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

DAT Media is used on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in our website being displayed as reliably as possible. Commissioned data processing

We have concluded contracts for commissioned data processing (DPA) with our service providers. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the personal data of our website visitors is only processed according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Contact form 

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not transmit this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was given; the consent can be revoked at any time. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies.
